If your plan isn't listed, call us — many plans we can still bill out-of-network with a written estimate first. We never let a patient be surprised by a bill.

For patients without insurance, between coverage, or comparing plans. The numbers below are what we charge — and what we collect — at the time of service.
Lab work, vaccines, and prescriptions billed at cost. Volume discounts apply for employer accounts.

Why do you post prices?
Because no one else does, and we think that's wrong. The same visit can cost $90 at us and $1,400 at an ER for no good reason. We'd rather you knew before you came.
What does my insurance actually cover?
Depends on your plan, deductible, and copay. We're in-network with most major plans and Medicare. We'll run your card and tell you what you'll owe — in writing — before treatment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — interest-free, set up at the front desk. Self-pay patients get a 10% discount when paid within 30 days.
What if I can't afford the visit?
Tell the front desk. We have a sliding-scale fund for patients who need it, and we can often connect you to community health resources. Nobody gets turned away mid-emergency.
