Same-day sick + injury
If it can wait until Monday it shouldn't, but it doesn't need an ER either. Most of these visits are 25 minutes door-to-door.
Cold + flu
Fever, sore throat, cough, sinus pressure, body aches. Strep + flu testing on site.
Cuts + lacerations
Stitches, glue, staples. Most repairs done in under 30 minutes.
Sprains + suspected fractures
On-site digital X-ray at every clinic. We'll splint, refer ortho, write the work note.
Pinkeye, ear infections, UTIs
Same-day testing, same-day treatment. Prescriptions sent to your pharmacy before you leave.
Skin + rashes
Allergic reactions, infected cuts, bug bites, eczema flares, suspected ringworm.
Stomach + GI
Belly pain, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration. IV hydration available at every clinic.
Pediatric urgent care
Every clinic has at least one provider trained in pediatric urgent care. Kids 6 months and up are welcome — and we're nice to them.
Earaches + sore throats
Strep test in 5 minutes, ear exam by a provider who knows what to look for.
Fevers + vomiting
We'll triage, run the bloodwork or rapid tests we need to, and decide if it's home care or ER.
Minor injuries
Sprains, splinters, cuts that need glue or stitches, suspected fractures with on-site X-ray.
Asthma flares
Nebulizer treatments, peak flow monitoring, written action plans for school nurses.
Lab + diagnostics on site
Tests we can run while you wait — no second appointment, no second bill.
Rapid strep + flu + COVID
Results in 15 minutes. Written documentation for school or work the same visit.
EKG
12-lead EKG, read by the on-shift physician. Used for chest pain, palpitations, and pre-employment clearance.
Urinalysis + pregnancy
On-site results, treatment started the same visit when needed.
Mono + strep cultures
Throat cultures + mono spot. Final results in 24 hours; we call you with them.
Basic chemistry + CBC
Drawn here, sent to LabCorp same-day, results back within 24 hours.
Wellness + screening
Things you used to need a primary care for — and a 3-week wait. We do them same day.
Sports physicals
GHSA-approved school sports physicals, $35 self-pay or in-network with most plans.
DOT physicals
Federal DOT medical exams, certified examiners on staff at six locations.
Travel vaccines
Routine + travel immunizations including yellow fever (selected locations).
STI screening
Confidential, fast, judgment-free. Results back within 24-48 hours.
Not everything is for us. Some things are an ER.
We're not trying to be the ER on the cheap. Some symptoms need an emergency department, with surgical capacity and inpatient beds. If yours is on this list, please go to an ER — or call 911 if it's serious.
- Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or stroke signs (slurred speech, weakness, facial droop) — call 911
- Heavy bleeding that won't stop with pressure
- Suspected overdose, severe allergic reaction with breathing trouble
- Pregnancy concerns past 20 weeks
- Major trauma or significant head injury
- Anything that requires an inpatient bed
