Atrium charges a flat monthly membership. We do not bill your insurance. Members keep their insurance for outside care — specialists, imaging, hospitalization, prescriptions. Three tiers based on who you're covering.

Two adult members + dependent parents or domestic-partner family (4 adults max).
Atrium is your primary care, not your insurance. Members keep traditional health insurance for the things below — we coordinate everything, but the cost flows through your insurance.
Either. Monthly is the listed price; annual prepay saves about $225 per year on Individual, $425 on Family. We don't auto-renew silently — you receive a 60-day notice before each annual cycle.
Yes. Cancel any time, with 30 days notice. We refund the unused balance on annual contracts. We do not run win-back campaigns.
Membership fees are eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursement under the proposed PCSEA legislation. Pending. Today, members typically pay membership out-of-pocket; outside-care costs (specialist, imaging, hospital) flow through HSA/FSA + insurance as normal.
Possibly — Atrium membership may qualify as deductible medical expense under IRC §213(d) for itemized filers. We provide an annual receipt. Consult your CPA.
Yes — many of our members are reimbursed through their employer's wellness benefit, executive health benefit, or qualified small employer HRA. We invoice employers directly under most arrangements.
