A practice built around the conversation.
Lakeshore is a single-physician cardiology practice in Cleveland — Dr. Eleanor Voss, a small clinical team, and 3,200 patients we know well. We opened in 2017 to do cardiology the way it should be done: longer appointments, full record review, and a written plan you can read at the kitchen table.

We treat the people on our roster the way we'd treat our own family.
Family-care looks different than volume-care. Family-care reads the 2019 note before the first visit. Family-care doesn't double-book the schedule. Family-care calls back the same business day, every time. We've built one practice — entirely — around that test.
Become a patient →Time is the medicine.
Every clinical decision in cardiology benefits from a doctor who has read every prior record. We schedule the time. The schedule is the practice.
Plain language.
We write notes patients can read. If we order a test, we tell you why, what we expect to find, and what we'll do about each possible result.
Outcomes, not volume.
We publish anonymized outcomes annually — the good cases and the difficult ones. Patients consent before inclusion.
Family is the metric.
We treat the people on our roster the way we'd treat our own family. That single rule decides every other thing about the practice.
Three thousand and counting — and we know each of them.
Our retention rate is the best metric we know for whether the practice works. Patients stay because the care stays consistent.
Procedures performed where the specialists are.
Dr. Voss has admitting privileges at three Cleveland-area systems. Routine consultations and follow-up imaging are at our office; catheterization, ablation, TAVR, and any inpatient care are done at the hospital best suited to your case.
Cleveland Clinic Heart & Vascular Institute
Primary procedural site — PCI, cryoablation, TAVR, complex case management.
University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular
Secondary admitting site — additional capacity, multidisciplinary heart team.
St. Vincent Charity Medical Center
Inpatient cardiology consultations and emergency care for our patients.
The practice that writes things down.

Three stories. Three reasons we do this.
I trust her with my life because she actually read the chart. The other two cardiologists I saw didn't.
I left every previous visit with a vague plan and a prescription. I left Lakeshore with a written one-pager I could give my husband.
She called my daughter herself the night before the TAVR. That's not standard care. That's family care.
Come for the cardiology. Stay for the conversation.
60-minute first consultations. Most insurance accepted. We obtain prior records before your visit.
