Schedule a first consultation.
Sixty minutes with Dr. Voss, in-person or telehealth. We obtain your prior records before the visit so the conversation works from data, not estimates.

A short form so the first hour is yours.
We collect insurance, contact info, and the practices to pull records from. That's it. Everything else — symptoms, history, fears — we'd rather hear from you in person.
- We confirm by phone — same business day, usually within hours.
- We obtain prior records on your behalf. You don't carry the folder.
- We send a brief intake guide before the visit so you know what to expect.
From intake to your written plan.
We tell new patients exactly what the first month looks like, before they book.
A week before
Our office calls every prior cardiologist, primary care, and hospital you name on the form. Records arrive, get indexed, and Dr. Voss reads them before you walk in.
The day before
We text you a reminder with parking instructions, the office address, and what to bring. Lab work? You'll have done it ahead so we can talk about results, not order them.
Day of visit
Sixty minutes scheduled with Dr. Voss — not a resident, not a PA. ECG and any in-office imaging are completed before the consult, so we work from data, not estimates.
The plan
You leave with a written plan in plain language. A copy goes to your primary care that afternoon. Lab orders, follow-ups, and any procedures are scheduled before you leave.
Two locations, one care team.
Outpatient consultations and follow-up imaging at our Shaker Heights office. Procedures at Cleveland Clinic main campus, where Dr. Voss has admitting privileges.
Shaker Heights Office
Outpatient consultations, ECG, transthoracic echo, ambulatory monitoring.
Cleveland Clinic Main Campus
Catheterization, PCI, cryoablation, TAVR — Dr. Voss admits and performs procedures here.
