Treatments & procedures

Diagnostic, medical, and procedural under one roof.

What we can do in our office, what we do at Cleveland Clinic, and how the two connect. Every procedure here is one Dr. Voss either performs or co-manages with the heart team.

01 · Diagnostics

Tests we do and read ourselves.

Comprehensive cardiac evaluation

Our 60-minute first visit. ECG and any in-office imaging are completed before we sit down so the conversation works from data, not estimates.

Transthoracic echocardiogram

Full structural and functional study performed in our office, read same-day by Dr. Voss. We don't outsource the read.

Stress testing

Treadmill or pharmacologic stress, with imaging when indicated. Reports go to your primary care that afternoon.

Ambulatory monitoring

Holter, event, and extended-wear monitors for arrhythmia detection. We read every recording — we don't farm them out.

02 · Office procedures

Procedures done in our office.

Cardioversion

Synchronized electrical cardioversion for atrial fibrillation and flutter, performed in our office procedure suite with anesthesia coverage.

Lipid + risk-factor optimization

Advanced lipid panels, Lp(a), inflammation markers when indicated, and the medical management to go with them.

03 · Hospital procedures · Cleveland Clinic

Procedures done at the main campus.

Coronary angiography + PCI

Diagnostic catheterization with same-session percutaneous intervention when appropriate. Drug-eluting stents, complex bifurcation lesions, and chronic total occlusions in selected cases.

Cryoablation for AFib

Pulmonary vein isolation in our outpatient EP suite at Cleveland Clinic. Most patients go home the same day.

TAVR — transcatheter aortic valve replacement

Performed as part of the Cleveland Clinic heart team. Pre-procedural CT planning at our office; procedure and recovery at the main campus.

Loop recorder implant

Implantable cardiac monitors for cryptogenic stroke evaluation and unexplained syncope. Performed under local anesthesia.

Care coordination

Between procedures, we stay in touch.

We don't disappear after a procedure. Same-week follow-up call from Sophie, our lead nurse. A 30-day clinic visit. Cardiac rehab enrollment when indicated. Your primary care gets a copy of every note.

Have a procedure already and looking for a second opinion?

We see second-opinion patients all the time, in both directions. Bring your records or we'll request them — either works.
